Skills & Areas of Advice
Qualifications
James has worked in the financial services industry for 14 years and has been providing financial advice for over 6 years. His career has focused on retirement planning, and he continues to specialise in this area. He also enjoys positioning this as part of a holistic financial planning process.
As the financial services sector has become increasingly complex, James believes it is essential that clients receive clear and understandable advice. Hence, he decided to extend his knowledge to achieve chartered adviser status to ensure he can cater to all financial advice areas.
“Understanding a client’s full personal circumstances is key to good financial planning. It can involve a variety of solutions, and I enjoy working with clients to help them achieve their goals. Often clients come to me with a specific objective, and I feel my role as an adviser is to look at the big picture to ensure they not only meet their immediate requirements, but also a long term solution to maximise their financial position in the future.”
