Skills & Areas of Advice
Qualifications
I am a Mortgage & Protection Adviser based in the Beals Mortgage and Financial Services’s Office at Fareham.
I have been affiliated and working with Beals Mortgage and Financial Services’s for over twenty six years now, and started my career within the estate agency arm. Then in 2002 qualified as a Mortgage Adviser. I have worked within most of the 11 Beals Mortgage and Financial Services’s Branches at some point over the past twenty six years.
My existing client base is very diverse, and I specialise in all types of mortgages ranging from First Time Buyers, to Remortgages and Buy to Let Mortgages.
One of my biggest attributes is listening to what the client wants and matching this to what is available for them in this ever-changing marketplace. I then monitor this for my clients to make sure that their goals and aspirations are achieved.
Our first meeting is an opportunity to get to know each other which I believe is the main and most important ingredient of a successful business relationship which is why I probably have a large client bank of existing customers who come back to me year after year.
On a personal note, outside of the office my two passions in life are animals of which I spend hours per week enjoying seaside walks with my 5-year-old golden retriever called Bliss, and when time permits to watch my local football.
