Olivia Nelson is excellent in her field of financial mortgage advice. She's patient, knowledgeable and caring so you feel the mortgage journey isn't arduous. She took into account that we hadn't gone through a mortgage application in many years and adapted her management of our application to meet us, our age and our lack of current  knowledge. She settled nerves. Often made and took calls outside of hours to meet with my busy worklife. She explained every step of the way, and the costs involved. Her communication was always timely, informative and easy to understand. She is highly recommended 👌 👏
