Pension Services Review

I was very pleased with the pension services I received. The process was handled professionally and efficiently. Daniel Pyle was helpful, friendly, and clear when explaining my options. Any questions I had were answered promptly, which made the whole experience straightforward and reassuring.

Olivia Nelson is excellent in her field of financial mortgage advice.

She's patient, knowledgeable and caring so you feel the mortgage journey isn't arduous.

She took into account that we hadn't gone through a mortgage application in many years and adapted her management of our application to meet us, our age and our lack of current  knowledge. She settled nerves. Often made and took calls outside of hours to meet with my busy worklife.

She explained every step of the way, and the costs involved. Her communication was always timely, informative and easy to understand.

Have to say a huge thank you to Mark Hurst who has been so professional throughout our somewhat awkward remortgage.  We did not tick all the boxes ,being  ex pats and pensioners,  and thought at one point we would lose the house which was our pension pot really.
Mark never gave up on us and was available when we needed him.   He answered every query promptly and that cannot be underestimated.
We can honestly say do not bother looking anywhere else because if he can come through like this for us then he can do it for anybody.
