When I first joined Beals, I started in a Telesales role, booking appointments for clients and often being their first point of contact before they were assigned to an adviser. This role gave me valuable experience in building strong relationships and communicating clearly and consistently, tailoring my approach to meet each client’s individual needs.

I’ve since transitioned into my role as a Protection Adviser, where I now use those same skills to help clients find the most suitable protection and insurance solutions. I believe having some form of protection in place is essential - life can be unpredictable, and it's important to be prepared for whatever the future may hold.

Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active with workouts, watching sports, and spending quality time with friends and family.
