Olivia was fantastic from start to finish. She gave me so much information in our initial conversation before I had even agreed to use her as my broker. I felt so confident that I would be looked after and it was true! Olivia kept track of the mortgage rates throughout, locking in lower mortgage interest rates as they changed whilst waiting for our house to go through. She was so patient with us when we had to reapply as our first sale fell through and even successfully appealed for us when our mortgage for the second house was initially rejected.
