About Christine Poynter

I am a Mortgage, Protection & Equity Release Adviser. I qualified in 1999 in Financial Planning, specialising in Mortgages and Protection and carried on further qualifications in 2002 with the Mortgage Advice Qualification, a diploma in Financial Planning in 2010 and Equity Release in 2017.

I can arrange all types of mortgages for clients, First Time Buyers are my favourite, helping them get on the property ladder and explaining and leading them through the process. I also have a good knowledge of the buy-to-let market and equity release, and can arrange mortgages both for individuals and limited companies and look to find the most suitable deal to fit the situation.

Regular updates and a good network keep us up to date with the changing market and current deals available, enabling us to give the best advice for our clients and remain professional at all times.
