Tim Meiris at Beals has been absolutely exceptional. He is excellent at following up on every detail and is particularly strong at dealing with complex situations. Tim has managed both of our mortgages and has been outstanding throughout, especially when handling a complicated scenario involving my mother’s new home and a second mortgage. His advice and guidance were incredibly helpful, clear, and reassuring at every stage. Olivia was fantastic from start to finish. She gave me so much information in our initial conversation before I had even agreed to use her as my broker. I felt so confident that I would be looked after and it was true! Olivia kept track of the mortgage rates throughout, locking in lower mortgage interest rates as they changed whilst waiting for our house to go through. She was so patient with us when we had to reapply as our first sale fell through and even successfully appealed for us when our mortgage for the second house was initially rejected. I’m very impressed with the services I received. I and my husband were looking for a house and Clare Cheeseman made this experience worthwhile with getting us the best mortgage deal and would follow up if there is a rate drop to change to lower interest rate. Beals financial services have searched for our mortgages renewals since we started on the property ladder roughly 5 years ago. I can’t recommend them enough! Christine Poynter Mortgage & Protection Adviser is absolutely amazing!! She is super friendly and reliable, always there at the end of the phone with a really helpful and informative outlook when searching for our next mortgage deal! She’s super quick with replying to emails and answers anything even if they may feel stupid. I feel like I’m taking to a good friend!
